Mit über 20 Jahren Erfahrung im Human Resource Management unterstütze ich Organisationen dabei, Strategie, Prozesse und Führung wirksam weiterzuentwickeln – vorausschauend und praxisnah.
Ich kenne HR aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven: als Führungskraft, HR-Business Partnerin sowie als interne und externe Beraterin im internationalen HR-Management.
Meine Erfahrung umfasst Unternehmen verschiedener Grössen und Branchen – darunter ICT, Kommunikation, Finanzdienstleistungen, Unternehmensberatung, Tourismus, Luftfahrt, Luxusgüter sowie die chemische Industrie.
Ich arbeite pragmatisch, lösungsorientiert und lege Wert auf wirksame Umsetzung. Dabei verbinde ich fundiertes Wissen mit langjähriger Praxiserfahrung sowie methodischer und arbeitsrechtlicher Expertise. Authentisch, neugierig und mit einer guten Portion Humor gestalte ich eine offene und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit.
Ich verfüge über einen MAS in Human Capital Management (ZHAW), bin systemische Coach (isi), zertifizierte PERMA-Lead®-Expertin und habe eine betriebswirtschaftliche Grundbildung (HSLU, FHGR).
